I will be conducting a leadership workshop for the management of Bureau of Internal Revenue on July 15 and 16, 2011. I laud the leadership of BIR-Iloilo for this leadership upgrade. I believe that our country is really on the right track. In the past, goverment agencies and LGUs used training events for junkets. I am looking now for possible dates to conduct this workshop. My original plan is to hold a boot camp. However, that will not be possible for the next three months for I am booked for training and speaking almost six times a week. Some companies are also requesting for Sundays, but I decided to keep it free. Well, it is possible that I will be on the road for Sundays too. But no more work. As of now,am looking at a 2 month workshop for those who would like to join the Jef Menguin Inspirational Speaking workshop. The fee will not be expensive. It will at cost. Inspiration usually comes during work, rather than before i t. This I know to be true. You do not have to wait for inspiration before you work. You work and you'll be inspired. This is true for me in writing. This is true for me in speaking. In speaking for example, I often start low and end on a high point. But the highest point always comes after the speech.
