You can be a fast-talking-mouth machine, but unless you speak from the heart you cannot truly become an inspirational speaker. You can learn all the techniques in 21 days, and I can show you how. But unless you listen to your heart and allow it to speak when you open your mouth, you are nothing but a robot who knows how to speak like a human being. Start where it all must begin and everything will follow.

This is my simple tip for you this morning.

Speak from the heart.

Thinking big is easier than what you think

When I started my career as a trainer, I thought of training school teachers for I thought that was within my competencies. So I created programs for school teachers. But then nobody got my service. Until I was asked to train school principals. In the beginning I was hesitant for it was not even in my dreams to train school principals. But I did it well. And I did it better again and again after that. It was actually easier than what I thought. Do whatever you think you cannot do. When you think you cannot speak before a crowd, find your crowd and be their inspirational speaker. When you think you cannot lead people, find at least one person and help him become a better person. Then find another, then another until you are able to create your own tribe.
