It is easy really to think of your harvest. But if you are really an inspirational or motivational speaker, or at least aspiring to be one, remember that the goal is to keep on inspiring, educating, engaging, and empowering people. You’ve got to plant seeds everyday. You’ve got to plant seeds in people who attend your seminars. You’ve got to plant seeds in your staff. I am looking now for possible dates to conduct this workshop. My original plan is to hold a boot camp. However, that will not be possible for the next three months for I am booked for training and speaking almost six times a week. Some companies are also requesting for Sundays, but I decided to keep it free. Well, it is possible that I will be on the road for Sundays too. But no more work. As of now,am looking at a 2 month workshop for those who would like to join the Jef Menguin Inspirational Speaking workshop. The fee will not be expensive. It will at cost. My earning will be mainly spiritual. My desire is to train more passionate Filipino motivational and inspirational speakers. But not everyone can join for I will not waste my time with those who only wanted to see if there is anything they can learn from this workshop. When I started my career as a trainer, I thought of training school teachers for I thought that was within my competencies. So I created programs for school teachers. But then nobody got my service. Until I was asked to train school principals. In the beginning I was hesitant for it was not even in my dreams to train school principals. But I did it well. And I did it better again and again after that. It was actually easier than what I thought. Do whatever you think you cannot do. When you think you cannot speak before a crowd, find your crowd and be their inspirational speaker. When you think you cannot lead people, find at least one person and help him become a better person. Then find another, then another until you are able to create your own tribe.
